Terms of service and refund policy

These terms apply when you order an AI visibility check ("the report") from Nhance Investment Holding Pte. Ltd. ("SeenByAI", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202534047N).

1. The service

We ask a set of customer-style questions (normally 15, in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese) on AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google's AI answers. We record whether your business is mentioned and which businesses are named instead. We also review your public listings, and send you a PDF report with a score and suggested fixes. We use only public information; we do not need access to your accounts.

2. No guarantee of results

AI answers are produced by third parties that we do not control. They vary by date, user, location and settings. The report is a snapshot of what we observed on the test dates. We do not guarantee that your business will be mentioned, recommended or ranked by any AI tool or search engine, before or after you make any changes. The suggestions are general good practice, not professional, legal, medical or advertising-compliance advice. You are responsible for checking that any changes you make (for example to your website or listings) comply with the rules that apply to your profession.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on our website in US dollars (a flat US$25, one-time, for every business; no subscription). Any RM or S$ amounts are estimates only.
Payment is taken in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
We are not GST-registered, so no GST is charged.

4. Delivery

We aim to email the report within 2 working days (Singapore working days) after we receive your payment and order details (business name and website or Google Maps link, entered at checkout). If we need more information, the clock starts once you reply.

5. Refund policy

Full refund if we have not delivered your report within 5 working days of receiving payment, or if we cannot carry out the check (for example, your business cannot be identified from public information).
Before we start: if you cancel before we begin testing, we refund in full.
Money-back guarantee: if your report doesn't give you at least 3 useful fixes, email us at hello@seenbyaihq.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.
Factual errors: if the report has a factual error (for example, it covers the wrong business), tell us within 14 days and we will correct it or refund you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take several working days to show them.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to order a report for the business you name, and that the information you give us is accurate.

7. Intellectual property

You may use the report freely within your business and share it with your staff and web or marketing providers. The report's format and methodology remain ours. Screenshots of AI answers are included for reference.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of customers, revenue or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

9. Trademarks

ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. SeenByAI is independent and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, either company.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
